Refund Policy
Due to the private nature of the items we sell, we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges on sex dolls and other products purchased unless they are defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.
Any item designed to come into contact with any body part or liquid is non-returnable and non-resellable.
Orders can be cancelled and receive a full refund if you contact us within the first 2 hours of placing your order. If more than 2 hours have passed, we will charge a 50% handling fee on the order if we can make an exception. Later Once these items have left our warehouse they will be considered used and therefore cannot be returned.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Sex dolls
- Sex doll torsos
- Vibrators and dildos
- Douche/enema kits
- Anal toys, beads and plugs
- Penis and ball devices, penis rings, and penis sleeves
- Gags and cords
- Underwear and men’s clothing
- Lubricants, massage oils, condoms and body paint are also non-returnable.
Damages and problems
We thoroughly inspect every product before shipping, but in the unlikely event that this occurs, please contact us as soon as possible with pictures and video of the problem.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it. If you have any return questions, please feel free to email [email protected].
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the system will automatically refund you according to your original method of payment. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Order
If the order has not yet been shipped, we will accept the refund request within 2 hours and the refund will take about 3-7 business days.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason after the order has been shipped.
*We don’t ship to Islamic countries, like Afghanistan, Pakistan, Jordan, Libya, Kosovo, Iraq, Burma etc..
